Centerpoint Health SBHC provides a range of services to meet your child's health care needs. If your child already has a healthcare provider outside school, we will work with your child's provider to offer consistent care. 

 Frequently Asked Questions 

What if my student has a doctor? Not a problem, we will work collaboratively to make sure the health care needed by your students is addressed and shared with that office.

What if I currently do not have insurance for my child? We will work with you to make sure your child receives the care they need and will assist with connecting families to insurance options that may be available. 

Where do I go for my appointment? The Centerpoint Health Center is located in the Norwood High School building. The address is 2020 Sherman Avenue Norwood, OH 45212. The entrance for services is via an elevator marked "Centerpoint" by the doors facing Sherman Avenue.
